Hart County Civil War Days Battles for the Bridge 2024 will be held September 13-15, 2024 in Munfordville, Kentucky.

There you will find vendors on the Courthouse Square with local crafts and the historical museum located at 109 Main Street will be open.  A school day is held for students who will tour living history camps at the battlefield located at 810 Rush Island Bend Road.  Reenactors will settle in on Friday and the battlefield will be closed at 5 PM on Friday of the event. A Blue Gray Ball will be held in the Courthouse Square on Friday evening with 1860's music.

On Saturday there will be many activities both in the city of Munfordville, KY and the battlefield, including a pancake breakfast, parade in downtown Munfordville, vendors and musicians in the Courthouse Square, museum tours, battle reenactment, ladies tea, Blue Grey Ball at the battlefield, Lantern tour of the battlefield and more.

On Sunday a church service will be held at the pavilion at the battlefield as well as another battle reenactment.

You will most likely spot President Lincoln during our event and the battle reenactments should not be missed!
